Dr. Bethany is a doctorate-prepared nurse who spent several years in pediatric primary care before moving to the surgical sub-specialty of pediatric urology. She continues her clinical practice and is expanding her impact by advocating for the role of advanced practice providers. She is passionate about leadership through the paradigm of caring for providers. She is working to build a healthy work culture in hospitals and is testing a self-developed, research based program to transform her institution.  Bethany is looking to transition her role into healthcare leadership and plans to use her skills to support a greater population of people. 

Before meeting Chris, she really never imagined farm life. It is her dream to create a burnout prevention program that helps people, especially in healthcare, enjoy their work.
